Oh shit wait, my bad man, I'm speaking Jouale. In France, their French is either French of Verlan//Verlen(aka L'envers, meaning backwards), and here in Quebec it's either French or Jouale(slang).

The "ben" is a slang for "bien" here in QC, in French I guess you would say, "Tu etais pas mal gros quand tu avais 11 ans."

"Cave" is another slang. "'Tard", basically.

I usually speak a mixture of both Jouale and QC French, I hate the slang, but my girlfriend's got the Acadian accent so when she talks it's a lot harder, and I guess it rubbed off on me, haha.

Ah, I see. The verb I learned was "s'énervait", but I can't quite figure out the infinitive at the moment, so I guess I didn't really learn it (except to say it, because it would probably sound the same). I'm not a native french speaker, and I'm only in French 3, so occasionally I'll user a translator to get quick words and verbs, but it's irritating because sometimes, it'll give one (hey, I have to practice my French even while I'm speaking English) a more obscure word than what one is looking for.

That slang is what really screwed up my comprehension of what you were saying, I'd probably get mauled in Canada. Something strange, or maybe not, I've noticed, is that I understand another language much better when someone speaks it to me than whan I try to speak it. I should learn some more slang occasionally, I really do want to visit QC sometime.

I find learning other languages enlightening, because as I do so, I discover more about English, and the very nature of language itself. Occasionally I'll think about how it would be strange for a foreignor who learned English to hear people here in the U.S. talking, the words are constantly evolving and being invented here. I find that kind of irritating though, because it's mostly people being to lazy to say or type the damn original word.

If you want to make your images show up in the post, you have to use the img tags. [*IMG]URL here[*/IMG]

I would've done it with your pics to show an example but he pics you showed are linked to an imageshack page, and not theactual image itself. In that case you'd have to use the direct url to the pics. You get it? Hehe..

yeah,my buddy has a nice Freddy outfit...my outfit is more of a different colored jumpsuit to go with my Jason Goes to Hell mask.(Kane Hodder had a gray jumpsuit in JGTH).I also put on black leather gloves to my Jason outfit...hee hee...The entire mask fits right over my head,and we had lots of fun taking that pic...lol

well,i wasn't sure if 1up.com wanted me linking to my page....lol...pretty much,if someone wants to go to my page,they go to 1up.com,click 'search for gamers' (or is it 'people'?I forget...)..and then they type in 'importgamer13'...maybe so of you might want to make a 1up.com page?It's a fairly nice place,and i'm enjoying it alot.Got my image gallery all set,and my list of import games,as well as many of my USA games...but sometimes,some USA games aren't in their database (Such as PSO Plus for Gamecube, Megaman 1-5 for Gameboy,Castlevania 1-3 for Gameboy as Ranma 1/2 Hard Battle for SNES),and they can be a bit slow on updating their database...oh well,one must make do with the tools one has...
