Vectorman
« on: June 29, 2006, 10:08:38 pm »
One of the last great games for the Genesis, Vector man was a side-scrolling platformer. Vectorman, the main character, is a green orbot who shoots deadly photons from his palms. Upgrades included a spread shot, bolo (strongest weapon in the game!) A one-shot, radial attack that hit and killed all enemies on screen, and a rapid-fire blast. The game was amazing fun, and has been re-released as part of Sonic Gems collection.

I only played Vectorman twice -- at a Toys'r'Us when I was a kid, and at my friend's house when he whipped out his old Sega for fun.

He remixed the first level's track, I'll try to find it and post it up.. haha...

OH! thanks for reminding me about this COOL game.

One of the Classic and advanced games of all time.
I know that this game is really old now but I really like these old console games and IMO: Old games are better than the new ones.

Dude, if it's any indication, I've been playing old school Sonic games on my PS2 rather than play the new slop that seems to represent the new games these days. I'm having fun, but I miss having a 2nd player to control Tails in Sonic 2. It makes Chaos Emerald collection a bitch.

Number 2 should be on it, though it may be unlockable.
