I thought Shota was mostly for young boys with older women and/or their mothers?  So I thought it was loli-incest if anything (though loli/lolita for some reason always sounds like young female; and if anything the male equivalent was "shota" but I don't know that much about it)

I would think loli-yaoi would be homosexual relations between two young boys/two young girls.
