Viper RSR - Debug SGS & CG-Replay

Here's something a made for Viper RSR.

this will only work with the uncompressed files, (won't work with SGS.DAT)
you need to extract and uncompress all the files inside the SGS.DAT somewhere...
then put my files in the same folder, overwriting the original files.

Also added my START.WIN file, that skips the intro screens.

I'll create a patch later, for those who don't know how to extract the files.

Note: until I can perfect the CG flow throughout Chapter 8, I'll have to leave it out.
