My region consists of a forest as well, but it's mostly dire animals and various Fey. I added a section where there might be large vermin, but I won't make the final decision on that until they go there. I'm waiting to see how far they progress in levels.

the only part of anything that really has substance other than that is the mountains just to the west of the forest, where the paladin's wife lives. (She's an Azer. the wedding was...awkward. and full of Iaijutsu duels. (spelling?)

OH MAN MEMORIES.

Our wizard was a pyro, and when we were surrounded in a dead forest (Yes, dead forest), he wanted to cast a fireball at the trees to trim out their forces. My ranger nearly killed him for that one. Really, you'd think at level 17 he'd have more fucking brains then that.

I try my very best to weed out the brokenness and retarded players. I've done a good job so far, but then again, I've never had a party higher than level 5 to contend with, so we'll see how long that lasts. In other DnD-related news, Gary Gygax, one of the men responsible for creating DnD, died today.

also, this forum just has a different feel than other ones I was a part of. It's more...alive. Even when EVERYONE'S LURKING. It also has viper, which raises it's awesomeness exponentially: ( Y = (dragon punch) * (5/4)^ ((x - cala)/rape button )

Yeah we are being more ambitious in our D&D world as we would like to create one with an extensive history, social structure, and what not.

Once that's out the way, I'll be getting right to work on a particularly bad/ass (the ass part may be optional) text adventure, and maybe some actual writing while I'm at it.

I have to make a couple of social structures, including one for lizardfolk who live in massive ziggurats. Because ziggurats and lizardfolk are awesome. Especially when most of them are crafting hella constructs.

and cala wouldn't be negative, because it's x-cala, and cala is the x coordinate, and w/e all I know is that usually in graphs the x coordinate of a point is expressed via (x - coordinate) if the coordinate is positive, making cala positive.

For the record I am also the skuc at math.

Wait a second I think lizardfolk construct ziggurats in the Exalted mythos too. Weird. For the record Exalted is freaking epic.

As for cala, I will retract my previous claim as I didn't remember that cala was always a positive variable as opposed to a variable that always acted such that it added positively.
