Surprisingly, the Evo 3 book doesn't have RSR inside. Its M5 instead. The RSR stuff is spread out through the other books, particularly Evo 1 and 2, and some of it duplicated in the LTD books.

I was able to get a hold of the floppy disk version of CTR, I hope the disks still work after all these years.
now I gotta buy a usb floppy drive.

EDIT:
Apparently i have to buy a specific type of drive, made for floppy disk preservation.
Greaseweazle or KryoFlux.

Be aware that PC98 formatted diskettes might not be compatible with the IBM format. You would certainly want one of those preservation drives able to extract the entire disk contents, included formatted file system data, if needed.
