Rai's already answered the question though.  It's a remix of a tune from V-10 called "Because You Are Shining".

Yeah, you can download it from the game. The music is the AIF files in the data folder. Seems Media Player plays them right off the bat for me. If you've heard the music then you probably have the game, so you should be able to dig all the tunes out of there if you know where to look.

As for the name, "君が輝いているために" if that helps you somehow.

If Rai's kanji is correct (and it looks like it is to me), your romanji would be "kimi ga kagayaite iru tama ni"
