Atlas V14 Problem

Hi, I dont know if some of you are use to this program, Atlas V14, but I don't seem to be able to translate from japanese, something about windows unicode , so when I paste from the text fil to the translator , all that I got are question marks. Anyone can help me ?

Do you have Japanese language support installed?

if so, perhaps you need to set the Language for Non-Unicode programs to Japanese in control panel. (This could mess up some other programs, notably things like Adobe Flash and Apple iTunes, since they don't use Windows locales correctly)
