Yep, I saw that Colorful Pure Girl magazine, looks like there's a couple of those with RSR content. Same with Tech Gian. Looked at the usual sites but no dice at the moment. Does Evolution III have RSR content? Cala is on the cover, so I wouldn't be surprised. Looks like that one is pretty rare though, same with the RSR artbook. Regardless, I'll keep my eye out for the time being, and I appreciate any help since I'm definitely interested.

Well, obviously a lot of reviews in magazines. Also advertisements right before a new game came out.

Sogna was one of the first h-game developers to set up their own website, and had a fairly successful marketing plan of demo discs available in gaming stores, so they offered the demos in those two places and didn't have to rely on the magazines to distribute as much. F50 demo was on the CD with June 1999 Tech Gian though.

Full games were included after Sogna's demise. I own a Megastore March 2007 that has V6 and V8 and a Tech Gian 20212 special with CTR, F40, and M3 on its disc.

I'm not aware of any extra promotional content being on the discs - just the demos/games.

To my knowledge, RSR was not given away on any magazine disc, just V6, V8, CTR, F40, and M3. I don't doubt some of the 2002 magazines covered RSR though. Colorful Puregirl even had Cala on the cover of its November 2000 edition. I'll have to keep an eye out for another copy.

Neat, thanks for the info. Hope I can snag some of them at some point. I was also curious about contents in magazines like Tech Gian and others, usually the disks that are included come with some goodies like wallpapers and so on. I know VIPER games had some spotlight here and there in magazines, you know about any promotional content that came on the disks if there was any? RSR was my favorite of the games, I'd love to track down some of the magazines if they have RSR stuff.

Yes mostly black and white interiors. Photocopied sketches of character designs, promotional art, etc. There's some fan-submitted art on a few pages (also black & white/grayscale.) Evo 4 adds a few full color pages at front of book of girls in cosplay - a format the later LTD books adopted.

Hello, I wanted to ask about the Evolution artbooks. I haven't been able to find any scans of them. From what I can gather, they are mostly just black and white concept art, right? Curious about exactly what's inside them.

Very cool to see all of these collections, what a nostalgia trip this forum is. Been on a classic VN/eroge kick recently and stumbled across this site, I can't believe it's still active. Cheers to all of you collectors.

I created a lora which allows you to generate images in the style of Sogna games from the PC98 era if anyone is interested

he was trained with a hundred images from: Viper V6, V8, V10, V12, V16, and some from animahjong to complete

It's not perfect yet then it's my first but I plan to improve it later

Thanks. Apparently that crash a few weeks ago took the smf_log_errors table with it as well. Repaired table, ban trigger updated, and ShoutBox posts removed.
