If anybody wants to help out making banners all you have to do to add fancy-looking text is just stick the image in PowerPoint. After that take a screen capture and cut the resulting image.

Would like to hear some feedback on this banner if its worth a few laughs. I'm not sure if even Hyperguy is amused at this dark moment in the site's history.

Eh, I was around nineteen years of age when I wrote that. I can't say it's relevant now, or as amusing as I thought it was when I wrote it in 2003. These days I'm more apt to trip people with a cane or yell at them to get off my lawn than break out the HYPERFIST.

Also, Hyperguy.net and CongressofAwesome.net are two different sites now. The domain name wasn't added for convenience so much as to separate the two for any changes I'd like to make to Hyperguy.net in the foreseeable future. Though, with an additional site that I happen to be working on behind the scenes, it may be longer before HG.net gets its long needed update. But the CoA is a different site!

...That I just happen to be admin of. O_o

And JG was promoted from moderator to admin!

Which means we have no active moderators now... >_>

Also, fixed an issue where only the second banner would show. Banners #1, 2, and 3 should rotate properly on refresh now.

This banner template is actually really good fodder for quotes now that I think about it.

Yeah, I didn't really know what to put in it there myself, which is why I left it wide open to the others. I think though I'd like to see something along the lines of "ZOMG! Pictures of lesbain demon sechs!"

But whatever's said has to embarress Akira and Karin or its not as funny. The HG quote doesn't quite fit the bill.

Ok folks, I need your help.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is locate a high resolution version of the attached image. I've been looking and can only find thumbnails, small images, or pictures where the top of Go's head is cut off. Looking for something wallpaper sized so I can recreate the "Be a Hero" banner.

Though the matrix banner was added a long time ago, it wasn't displaying properly on account of parts of the script needing an update. It's fixed and should display fine now.

The Mercedes one was just a direct screen cap from the Viper GTS OVA. JG made the second one. Graphics are from Viper Islands.

I don't think the bandwidth exceeded banners apply anymore. I'd rather see "Hyperguy changed something and congressofawesome.net is down again" banners

I wouldn't exactly call the bandwidth limitation error a thing of the past, at least not when all that Miki porn flooded the site.

Ok, looks like everyone. Me too. So I got busy and created some new ones and finished up a few I was working on in November. Unfortunately it takes Hyperadmin to load these to the server, so we're out of luck until he once again graces us with his presence.

Anybody remember which episode of the Viper GTS OVA has that Mercedes with the cigar? I've been thinking of vectorizing that scene and turning it into a banner.
