Also, I'm eating a bowl of oatmeal, I use the big canisters because I don't like the added sodium and sugars hidden in the packets. Heres how I rolled today.

1 1/2 Cups of Quaker Oats
Water
Microwave
Stir
Add Vanilla Soy Milk for Taste
Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and a drizzle of Light Syrup (like, low fat) for taste.

Eating that and a whole grain pop-tart, Strawberry, I didn't even know they made whole grain pop tarts. Fascinating.

Tonight a female friend is coming over and we're making breakfast for dinner together, pancakes, sausage, cinnamon rolls and eggs.

Yes, I actually know a girl that offers to come over and do cliché woman things for me. I am a happy motherfucker right now.

Yeah, I love her, in the most pure and legit way possible. Shes got morals, and even dresses like shes from the 1950's, which is the biggest fucking turn on in the world.

I'll post pics tonight, since she wants to take pictures too.

-__- SO RONERY. I hope I can convince her to be with me, the guys shes been with are all a bunch of scumbags, that I would gladly demolish with my oatmeal fueled punch and high fiber kick.

yaaaaaaay chili.

Tuna on rye with light relish
Apple
Organic, all natural peanut butter on 9-Grain (one piece)
Water

For breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal and a single whole grain pop-tart

for pre-workout I had an apple and an energy drink (lo carb)
post workout I had a Powerbar Protein Plus bar, chocolate and peanut butter, and an apple

Whats sad is I have tomorrow's meals already planned out.
