I knew a guy that thought they were saying "I expect some fruitcake!" Also, in Guilty Gear XX, one of the characters has a move where it sounds like he says "I found a tomato!". Silly Japanese and their food quotes.

For the longest time, a friend of mine who goes by the name of Robotman thought that Ryu was saying "A twisted fuji!" But yeah, Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku, aka the Spinning Hurricane Kick. Then there's the Dankuu Kyaku, aka Dan's Kick and also "Gale kick". There's quite a few moves in Street Fighter who's names include kyaku.

Wow, those are all hilarious names lol... it's better than

Hadoken --> Ayugit
Shoryuken -> Shorugit
Tatsumaki --> Toktokayugit!

That's what I thought it was when I was a kid, I had only heard it once. Then when I actually learned to play... "HADOOOOKEN!" etc etc.

I say it randomly just for fun. I really like that "I expect a fruitcake" and "I F#$^ed a virgin!" stuff though, funny as hell, lol...

You could replace that "YESUKAN" with Shoryuken cause it sounds like "Sure you can".... "SHUUUUREYUKEN"
