Emuasylum and a few other places don't have Nintendo ROMs anymore because they're afraid they'll get sued because of the whole Virtual Console thing that the Wii'll have.

Of course that makes no sense, since most of these sites still have Genesis and TurboGrafx ROMs up (which will also be available through the virtual console).

I was reading on Wikipedia that Megaman Wily Wars (the European version,which is in English already,a friend of mine has it)will be available for download for Wii,courtesy of Capcom....that will be great for fans who aren't import gamers,but i already have the japanese game for my modifeid Genesis.I just prefer to buy the actual games.
