If they sent it by boat it might take that long. Personally I prefer to buy from sellers with established worldwide reputations. The seller named "ryvius" comes to mind - he's always quick and reasonably priced. Probably got 3 or 4 of my VIPER and VG artbooks from him, and a Harlem Blade art book is on the way.

i DL d games in ISO IMG and CCd formats, but when i opened dem and started d .exe file a message appears dat says "CD-ROm" and some japanese txt...

Hmm, that site requires you to download torrent 101 which is a no no since it since it installs adware in your computer. Any other way to download it?

Two questions for those who downloade this:

1. How can I extract the images from the game. I tried with Graphoholic but it isn't as the other Viper games.
2. Is the Winrar file that comes along in the folder neccesary? It weigths like 500MB and when you try to open it says "File is corrupted" so you can't. So I was thinking in deleting it but maybe it IS necessary.

I had the same problem. I'm going to try re-downloading the file and see if that fixes it.
