also the Hacha program does not work when i try to activate it

probably in the original Japanese and their censored glory.  which also means you need a region access as the program requires Japanese entry point.

That or your computer hates you.

V16 Rise DDL dosent work =\  V8 download works but the game dosent ^^;

and as stated the Viper Paradice downloads dont work except for 2 ><
