Wait, let's compare.

Both:

-Are robotic
-Sport fedoras and trenchcoats
-Have their own theme song

Q:

-Is taller (unless IG Go-Go-Gadgets his head or something)
-Only says two things: "Ewwooorr!" and "Ooowrr!!"
-Has crazy enurance
-Is slow

IG:

-Has tons of gadgets
-Steals the credit from Penny//Brain
-Has two movies
