How exactly does one go about unzipping these files? I downloaded the four parts of Viper M1, but whenever I try to extract from the first part, I get an error with SGS.DAT, so I can't actually run the game.

You need to have all parts in the same directory when you extract them.

Now that you mention it, I think the number of tutorials I've written on forums is somewhere in the 20's range now.

Yo Altair. The reason why Viper V12's Magic Gambler story freezes is because the sgs.exe for that game needs a patch. We talked about it in another thread, but basically if you use the sgs.exe file from Viper GTS it'll work fine. According to JG anyways. I haven't tested it myself.

I beleive it was the SGS.EXE file from V16 International. Here's the original post.

I get the same problem with F50. F40 just gives me an error messasge.

while unzip the files, it WinRar gave me a message that the SGS file was corrupted. I don't know what to do about that.

not your fault the files are corrupted. kudos on finding them in the first place.
