I got bored this weekend while I was supposed to be doing my homework and played this game for about 5 hours straight. It's an amazing snowboard game, though the trick events seem harder than they did in SSX Tricky!, probably because of the new combo system and addition of board presses. It bugs me that they got rid of half the cast of Tricky!, since it had some excellent characters, but they kept the important ones (Moby, Kaori, and Psymon), so I'm alright.

SSX3 is my personal favorite of the SSX games (don't even mention On Tour). I've still got some my craziest Slope-style runs saved on my memory card. Excellent game, crazy music, and cool characters. Also I was completely happy with the HUGE gallery of production sketches and extras.

Negatvie points - Brody didn't come back.

Yeah, Brodi was a good character. I'm not sad to see Luther or JP go. Those two were nerve-grinding; I made it a point to knock them over at every opportunity.
