Title: shooters in general?

Was wondering what are some of the shooters people here play?

Myself i'm not the biggest shooter fan,but i did find a few i liked....

Halo 2 (Xbox)
Rainbow Six 3-Black Arrow (Xbox) (I didn't like any of the others at all)
Star Wars Battlefront 1 (PS2)
Star Wars Battlefront 2 (Xbox and PSP)
Star Wars Republic Commando (Xbox)
ADDED: GoldenEye (N64)
            Star Wars Jedi Outcast (XBox) (I forgot two!...lol)

also...
Not sure what to classify it as,but i also recently got Spy VS Spy for Xbox...those spies from Mad Magazine still make me laugh to this day!

Spy vs. Spy IS awesome.  i always liked the cartoons they had on Mad TV.

as far as my favorite shooters, i've enjoyed Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Jet Force Gemini, Halo 2, and that one Unreal Tournament game for Xbox (forgot the name of it).  once i get a new computer, i plan on getting Unreal Tournament 2007 when it comes out, it looks awesome.  i'd probably get Halo 3 as well, eventually.

I play SWAT 4, and Counter Strike. As well as Battlefield, and the Day of Defeat Mod for CS, I also enjoy Medal of Honor, and games like that, Wolfenstein is also great for Mutliplayer. In very rare instances you may find me playing Serious Sam when theres nothing left to play. Also SVEN CO-OP mod for Half Life was nice, as it allowed Co Op play through various original levels. Very cool.

I don't like Sci-Fi shooters with lasers and stuff, not even the Star Wars FPS's Sorry to say. Jedi Outcast is okay, but I can take it or leave it honestly.

- Half-Life//Half-Life 2 and all of its mods (TFC/DOD/CS/etc)
- Unreal Tournament GOTY
- Quake 3 Arena
- MOHAA
- Most of the new shooters like Doom 3, Prey, Quake 4, FEAR, etc.

Oh yeah, a few days ago I installed me old Aliens versus Pred 2 (Gold Edition)
I fucking suck lol.

For me,it wasn't so much that they were sci-fi shooters...i saw a pal playing Halo 2 and i actually liked it,which surprised me.

With the Star Wars shooters,it was more of the fact that they were Star Wars games.It's nice to play as Stormtroopers and such in Battlefront 2,but most of the time,i like to play them as the Jedi/Sith characters like Vader,Grievous,Mace,etc...though Jango and Boba are close seconds.

lol...that avatar is Jervis Tetch,the Mad Hatter from Batman the Animated Series. ^_^
