Hey everyone I'm pretty new to this forum. But I was wondering if someone could help me clear up whether or not I can find just the animations for the viper series without the games. I've looked in numerous places and i just want to see the animations.

Yes, you can.

Many have been extracted from the games and made into animated gif files.  There's instructions on how to extract animation frames from the games in the Viper Animations thread.

Animations are all well and good, but has anyone experimented with making movies of these games? For me, the voices add a great deal to the fun of it.

I have to agree, it's just not the same without hearing the girls' cries of pleasure and/or agony.
