Title: Best CLAMP comic?
Post by: Kiinan Yamasu on June 11, 2006, 01:08:43 am: I figured this was a good question to ask any of the CLAMP fans we may have, if any (I may be the only one here who even knows of their works).

Personally, I like xxxHolic because it's so damn funny.

That and Yuuko Ichihara is hot.

man, my best friend HATES clamp, i think mainly because he wants to become a manga artist himself, and he told me that clamp was an all-female company that didn't accept male artists, so he thinks they're sexist because of that... *shrugs* i think the only clamp-related thing i ever recall him liking was sumomo, because he thought she was an adorable character or something... he tends to like the spunky, energetic, cute characters in anime, i think.

well, what i saw was what one of the members downloaded onto his laptop (yes, many of the members in my anime club pirate stuff too. >=P), which was hooked up to a projector when i saw it. whatever it was, i remember that the characters had a very simplistic and VERY lanky style.

Lanky is the style for that one series. Besides that, the show is pretty funny. Especially considering that Marudashi and Morodashi are basically named "Streaking" and "Flashing."

Sadly, I cannot keep up on the manga (or ANY manga) for about 3 months. Saving for Kumoricon and all.
