Just got Rampage- Total Destruction,and i like it alot!
I like the fact that you can now pick up cars and throw them.And if you throw them at buildings,they sometimes do damage to the buildings!I got the Gamecube version, because of the 4 player options(The PS2 version only supports 2 players).
Rampage- Total Destruction also includes the arcade games of Rampage and Rampage World Tour (both of which support 3 players!)
