Lets see you make something entertaining, because your posts certainly arn't giving us anything to laugh about or enjoy...
Making AMVs is an art form, wether you like it or not, it takes time and talent to sync things up well, there are a lot of bad ones, but there are some great ones (The classic Engel video set to Evangelion comes to mind), stop naysaying everything! If you don't like whats being posted than contribute and quit bitching.

Ya, an art form if art = stupid clips and bad music. AMVs are one of the many forms of anti-art anime fans have brought forth. AMVs are generally made by sad teenage girls that live in their basement cutting themself and listening to crappy American music. They chose to be an anime fan because they aren't musically adept enough to be in a band, they aren't pretty enough to be cheerleaders and too happy to be goth. They generally have only seen 5 or 6 anime, but they constantly watch them over and over and consider themself a "fangirl". They can't draw for crap but they wish to be productive so they make little wmvs with teh usual music (Avril Lavigne, Outkast, My Chemical Romance, other bad songs) and show their lack of expirience by not using the goldmine of better music (Globe, Namie Amuro, m-flo) and by using the same clips everyone else that has made an AMV uses. They are like fanboys, only generally worse. They phase out of liking anime in maybe 2 months.
Hypothetically there could be an artistically made AMV, but only hypothetically. If it had maybe:
1. an m-flo remix
2. every clip drawn out by hand
3. swf or mpeg format
4. some clever and worthy theme

To me, YouTube sucks, though I HAVE gotten some good stuff from them.
