I was going to make it as a "general" for all the games, but I've only played RSR, honestly.
Anyway, what's your favorite scene?
I personally would go for Julietta's impregnation by Diablo. Cala's scenes are great, but Julietta is just hotter.

Cala's scenes were better imo because they were a bit more extreme. My personal favorite being the one with the big blue ogre.

This one is my favorite too
I haven seen a edited version where she is a nightelf or something, but haven't found it in good quality somewhere.
The blue Ogre is really weird because of his weird sound: "hululuulululu" or something like that.
But if you listen closely to the voiceacting from the other enemis in this game, they all sound very weird in RSR.
The yellow robot is just some guy trying to talk like a robot, no postwork or whatsoever to make it appear more like an electronic voice.
And the demon dogs xD, this is a guy actually saying "bark" and "wuff".
If it wasn't for the bad raping thing, it would actually be very funny.

Despite all the rape in Viper games, the victims are all evidently happy in promotional material :D
Good grief do i miss Viper games, or animated hentai games in general. They're so rare compared to the thick, thick amounts of direct-to-dvd video hentai. I wonder why is that?

Sorry, my brain doesn't work right anymore. I've been doing about 50 hour weeks at work non-stop since about April and find myself making simple replacement mistakes like this once or twice a week where the brains get crossed inside my wires.

I agree with others about the blue ogre scene. Always love a size different going on, the angle is amazing, and all that cum cushing out afterwards is amazing. ;D
Such a shame Sogna went under after RSR and we never got sequels or an OVA. RSR is pretty damn hardcore for its time, can't imagine how much crazier sequels could have been.

How would that work? RSR wraps up pretty tidily and doesn't leave much room for a true sequel. Perhaps a prequel or a different set of characters many years later, but not the same crew after the events of RSR.
If Edage Katsura came back to do a fourth VIPER game, I suspect he'd either do something new, or be pressured by management into making a Miki-themed sequel to CTR, as she became uber-popular about the time RSR came out or shortly thereafter and her backstory leaves open a multitude of sequel options.

Did Takahiro Kimura do the character designs for RSR? It doesn't look like the other stuff to me, but I'm not sure.

No, Edage Katsura was character designer and lead artist for V10 Northern Lights, CTR, and RSR.
Takahiro Kimura was character designer and lead artist for V16 Rise, F40, and GTB.
Granted, Sogna could have made an RSR sequel featuring the same characters without Katsura. They did GT1 without Kimura.

They could always have Julia's kid ( >:) ) conquer some elven realm unaccounted for in original RSR.

In other Sogna games? But they can't match the amazing quality of RSR to me! I also loved how the resolution was a lot higher. You can tell it was their last game compared to some of the older ones.

Resolution is the same for all the SGS games. I presume you meant detail.
VIPER-F50 has some high-quality monster animations. The humans are rather bland compared to RSR though.

Even though its been over a decade since RSR's release, Cala's design still remains one of the most original in eroge.
Whose art style do you prefer JGOO? Edage Katsura or Takahiro Kimura?

Edage Katsura is the better artist in my opinion. CTR art trumps V16, and RSR trumps GTB.
Unfortunately he's done so little outside of VIPER that its hard to compare his other work against TKs (which by volume alone is clearly superior.) The one thing I know he's got his name on was a one-shot anime called Hi-Me-Go-To, which I didn't find all that impressive compared to CTR/RSR.

Edage Katsura has a lot more lowpoints with character design in the Viper series, but he there's no denying his brilliant work on CTR and RSR.
