I was checking out the site's stats today(something I haven't done in a while), and I've got to say, hory clap.

2,000 more people have been visiting the site since October 2005.

This makes me happy, because it shows that either I'm doing something right or that coincedence is on my side.  Of course, the successpopularity of this site isn't just my own doing.  I couldn't have made it without you.

Like the credits for a Capcom game says...

Well it may have been someone on 4chan showing a link to your gallery and then fools spreading the link... yadda yadda yadda.


I dunno anymore.  All I can say is that we must start the triple secret animation gallery project now.  Oh and resquest ninjas... THOUSANDS of ninjas.

I own slightly over 200 games, and probably 60% of them are Capcom. =D

This could be a bad thing though, I'll never forget those cold ... very cold, days of downtime.

Yes, but the increase hasn't changed since October.  I could understand if someone put up a link on Gamefaqs(which they have.  Good god, I'll never hear the end of that one.  Hey guys, there's 100 high quality Rumble Roses images hidden away in a secret folder on Hyperguy.net!  Let's raid the place and download every last one!  Two days later, BAM!  The site went down.) or a Hong Kong porn link exchange(ditto) or LatinoNakedGirl.com(ditto) or 4chan(that one was my fault.  Linking from 4chan should be done moderately, like a controlled substance like alcohol), etc., and there was a visitor spike, but usually after those the number of visitors goes back to what it was the month before.  In this case, we've had an extra 2,000 for a good six months.

I could go into the detail about the other people who link to us, but um...Who's interested in knowing that?

That's a lot of games. O_o

True, true, with more people comes the need for more bandwidth, but at the moment it looks like we have enough to last an entire month, every month, except for on those odd months like Smarch that have 33 days.  Then, I could see a real problem.  Otherwise, we're set. =D

I only wish I could hear what these extra 2,000 people are saying.  I'm guessing some of them don't speak English, and as for the rest, might have reservations about posting in the forum.

It's okay lurkers!  I promise we won't make fun of you on your first post second post third post second week here!  The fact that it's a pie crust promise is only a minor detail. D:
