If anyone knows of any (other) new VIPER doujinshi coming out at C81, I'd appreciate some links so I'll know what to look for when they start showing up on YJA in early January.

Nope.  The webpage says definately January 2012 (発売日：2012年1月予定).  Comiket ends on the 31st, so it won't be released there.

He's nearly done though:

その他：99％    (other stuff; programming? case art?)
