I tried really hard to get my absolute favorites in that list, but it's so hard as I really like a lot of the VIPER character designs.

Raika-pink hair that's kinda spikey in the back, green eyes, and can kick ass? yes please.
Lilia-I'm a sucker for blue hair and even though I feel bad for her, I still can't help but find her scenes hot to watch. Her shyness is also adorable, I'm glad she seems to turn out ok at the end of f40 dispite how much she's been through, very tough mentally.
Carrerra-those eyes, so simple but also sexy in the style they used for her, green hair for my fetish of exotic hair colors, and always good to have someone that's willing to have some fun and (might) not take your soul for it.
Miki-like i said, I'm a sucker for blue hair. Miki is pretty much the opposite of Lilia from what I can understand. She can be a tease, she drives the captin nuts, and there is her so happy animation about getting to go shopping, and that sexy finger wiggle at Takesi
these are my top 4 for sure, the 5th is up for debate but probably Asuka she's got a shade of red that's not natural and i might as well have someone with long hair on my list, plus another girl that can kick ass.

Trust me i considered her but, she just doesn't interest me as much as the other girls, not sure why really, All i can say is it takes more than just the hair color, I gotta like their personality as well, maybe its because she doesn't feel like she got as large a role in her game as Miki and Lilia got in their games.

Eh *shrugs* I should say I'm more a sucker for exotic hair colors, blue just seems to be one of the most common used colors that's not normal. (And yes Akira counts cause no real redhead has red in the hue and temperature like hers.) This also applies to eye colors as well, like i said, i love Carrera's eyes (although I like her older design more than the newer one.)

after looking over my last list where I put in Cala instead of Asuka, I'm thinking I should put Asuka back in. So, my list is now the same as on my first post. lol

Although I some of the others I like, I don't remember them as well as these 5.
