Title: Stupid High Res Art

Hi, I'm back for my every-two-year Insult Everyone and Make Demands visit. It's harder this time, since the forum actually looks great now, giving me a reason to bother maximizing Firefox on a widescreen monitor as I am to be soothed by Akira's buxom visage, but, but, uh...but your banner jokes are still stuck in 2001! Yeah! Take that!

Anyway, my unreasonable demand: I like the cover to the Viper F40 fanbook (http://www.sognadigitalmuseum.com/images/forsale/jg_f40fanbook_1011.jpg) and it would be cool if it magically appeared in the highest resolution possible so that I can customize my, uh, whoseewhatsit. Kind of like I was gonna do two years ago but didn't.

Actually high res Viper art in general is of interest to me. As far as I know, Minitokyo has all the best of the best, apparently taken from this very s...er, I mean, Hyperguy.net, back in the day. Are those from those old artbook scans that made the rounds for years? I'd check, but, well, multiple harddrive failures put those out of arm's reach again.

I miss my Viper folder. It had an Akira icon and everything!

Well, you're lucky I'm feeling unusually generous tonight.  This is the highest quality I can produce, so the image is very large.  I've also got an Akira icon (http://www.sognadigitalmuseum.com/favicon.ico) for you, too.

Actually, I do want to buy that book, and possibly other things, but I have to restrain myself for the time being due to some recent spending splurges (one being at a local convention - JESUS CHRIST 50% OFF DOUJINSHI FROM THE 80's and 90's HOW CAN I SAY NO - the other, uh, work related).
