There's one in V16.
Three in GTB.
And one from GT1.

Maybe what you shodul say is she doesn't to them often. Or as GT1 insinuates, she doesn't do them well. (The player thinks to himself that Makoto is very experienced at it while Akira is rather clumsy.)

Carrera would win, because she has more experience than Akira. Like for example, picture the opening scene of the Viper GTS OVA and swap out Ratty with Akira and you'd have a basic idea of how it'd go down.

Not to be outdone, Akira would win in a fight against Carrera. Being a demon, Carrera's naturally stronger than Akira, but like before, Akira has way more experience fighting and wouldn't lose easily.

That said, I think a sex/fighting match between the two would be immensely entertaining, not to mention, erotic. :D
