While I'm around looking to collect all this viper stuff.
VIPER-V6 RS or even better VIPER-V6 Turbo RS.
Where can I attain these?

Real or disk image for emulators?
For real you need to go bid on Yahoo Japan Auctions for them.
V6 RS and V6 Turbo RS PC98 they were at EmuMax (http://emumax.uuu9.com/download/List/List_174.shtml) some time ago. The search system seems to be down right now, so you'll just have to scan through that PC98 list until you find them. I've never seen a disc image for V6 Turbo RS FM-TOWNS.

Found it!
For anyone else who want's the game here's a link http://emumax.uuu9.com/download/2006/200611/19001.shtml (http://emumax.uuu9.com/download/2006/200611/19001.shtml)
But I have a problem though. Moonspeak confuses the hell out of me. =( I have no Idea how to download the game. I click on rs turbo link and it takes me to a page on which I assume the three blue buttons have something to do with downloading the game, but when I click them I get a message that tells me
此操作被浏览器拒绝!
请在浏览器地址栏输入“about:config”并回车
然后将[signed.applets.codebase_principal_support]设置为'true
So from there...I'm frigging stumped.
What must I do!
-
Translated from Chinese the message roughly says:
This action by your browser to refuse!
Please in the browser address bar enter "about: config" and enter
Then [signed.applets.codebase_principal_support] set to 'true
I tried putting 'about:config' in my browser, and got a list of parameters. Then I double clicked on signed.applets.codebase_principal_support to set it to true.
Then I went back to try to download it again and it asked me if I want to install some web software. It's probabaly safe, but I didn't wanna install it so I stopped at that point. Sucks that they changed their downloading system.

Good thing I downloaded them many moons ago. If you guys haven't figured out a workaround by the weekend, I'll make them available then.
-
Downloading that external program probably is the way to do it(it looks like it's a control that installs the games for you), but personally I feel cautious about letting a program in a foreign language run anything that resembles an installer. It's probably safe.
-
I bet it'll install some kind of adware into your browser.

I've never seen a disc image for V6 Turbo RS FM-TOWNS.
I may be able to provide this soon!
Within the last week I've found the holy grail of Sogna/VIPER searches: an American living in Japan who runs a retro game store there. He's able to get me almost all the PC98 and FM-TOWNS games I'm still missing, through his own stock and his fellow retro game store owners. My wallet will take a hit (several hundred dollars) but no more so than I'd pay on Yahoo Japan Auctions and it will take my collection from a 60% completion rate to the 80-90% range. I'm so excited.

Please, please do! I haven't found another site that has these so if you could share that would be fantastic! =)

First off, I just want to thank you for sharing the wealth. No other way in hell i would be able to get this.
Secondly, I'm sorry for the wait in this post, ITS ALMOST BEEN HALF A YEAR.....time fly's. Anyway life pretty much prevented me from checking this for a long long time.
and last, It seems when I unpacked the file it comes out as an .HDI. My question is how do I go about playing this? What do I need to get to run it?

HDI is a hard drive image format for use with PC98 emulators such as Anex86.
