If only Harry Potter focused on Quidditch in the story...it would be AWESOME

Sadly while the beginning couple of books do it falls into the background for the last ones.

When I saw this originally I totally ROFLMAO.

Right.  I've read them all too and if I recall correctly, its big deal in 1-3, cancelled for Triwizard Tourney in 4, Harry's suspended all season in 5, he misses the final in 6, and there's no season in 7.  Honestly though, why is the season cancelled in 4?  There's only six matches (each house plays each other house just once all year), meaning the matches are spread out into about 6 week increments.  How freaking hard is it to add two more events at the quidditch pitch - the dragon test and the final with the shrubbery maze (the underwater test was in the lake - somewhere in that span?  I think Rowling just didn't know which direction to take the story and was grasping for straws.  Goblet of Fire just didn't make any sense, and the movie sure didn't do it any favors (clearly the worst of the five so far.)

But I digress..

I'm sending you the lawls via huey.

True if they had magic it shouldn't be much of a problem to switch the fields back and forth.  I think she just dropped it because she had other things she wanted to have in the story, but honestly the Quidditch stuff was one of the better parts of those books.

I find this amusing. One of the only girls in here, yet seem to be the only one who hasn't read the Harry Potter series... ::Giggle::

Harry Potter was fun to read.  It had it's good points, and it's bad points.  It definitely wasn't my favorite 7 book series though.  Steven King already took that one with the Dark Tower series.

A good point, I hadn't noticed that.  Yuna's sig is pretty awesome.

True, another interesting point.

I haven't read any of the books but I watched and kind of liked the first three movies, does that count?

I wish I had a wooden wand that glowed with an aura of virility and spewed forth beams of magical glitter. =(

I've read all of the books but I honestly don't think that they are that great haha, the first movie was pretty exciting though
