my guess is Inochyuu.  Not Viper by any stretch.

That exact image is from the Inochyuu movie to be precise!  One of my favs! and the avatar for a certain member in good standing as well.

There is also Inyouchu Shoku if you're interested in the series. It's from a different company than the original than the one you found. The one you found is from a compnay called Amour. Shoku is produced by MS Pictures, and there is a notable difference between the two.
