There was a car accident and there's some dude cosplaying as a japanese high school student writing in a notebook with an emo-ver haircut, like he's that piece of shit in Desu Note (desu desu desu)

Is the thing in the second picture the location of the exhuast pipe on the bus?

Yeah, I saw the dorky looking fellow. And I still don't get it.

Given the cleanup already gone on at the wrecksite, and the evidence that its happened in a city near a school of some sort, the accident probably occured a good 10 to 20 minutes prior. Now if this was a video and the guy just stared off into space while it happened, I could see your point that he's an asshole. As it is, he's just a somewhat unusual looking guy sketching one of the buildings down the street while he waits for his ride to show up.

This thread fails mightily.
