I don't think it's possible to say one way or another but I'd be surprised if that pic wasn't inspired by cala.

Nice art.It look a lil like a website I saw.The guy make lot of drawing in full color like that one based on video game or anime girls.

it's in one of the viper pics collections that hve been floating around the forums. I'm not sure which one though.
