Does anyone know how to hook AGTH to RSR? It doesn't really like it for some reason.
-
I'm going to assume you read the manual.
First: did you get some pop-up box when you tried opening that said "CD-ROM" and then a bunch of Japanese characters?
If you did, then here's what to do:
1) Go to My Computer and find which drive the RSR image is on.
2) Explore the drive where you mounted the image.
3) Find the .exe that has the pic of the big letters "RSR" that looks like it's tilted backwards (skinnier at the top and fatter at the bottom)
4) Copy that .exe
5) Paste a SHORTCUT somewhere else (wherever you want the shortcut link to be)
6) Put in the standard AGTH codes into the shortcut.
*) Note: if you unmount the image and then mount it again onto another drive, you'll have to change the path of the shortcut, namely the letter of the drive.
If this isn't the case: SPECIFICS please. Asking for help without any leads makes me scratch my head like a monkey.

Well, Obviously, That much is easy.
It throws a something I assume is a locale error when you don't specify the /L locale parameter, When you do specify the /L parameter, It bitches about something having t do with CD-ROMs.
Naturally, RSR works fine without any sort of hooking.

That CD-ROM thing wouldn't happen to look like this, would it?

Odd...cause if it works without hooking, then it should very easily work with.

That message pops up whenever you try running the .exe from the hard drive. Unless there's something very weird with my com, then using the .exe from the CD/image/drive/whatever is the only way I know. Actually, if you try to run RSR from your hard drive (with or without AGTH), you'll get that message; you have to use the .exe from the CD/DVD-image in order to get it to run.
