They are the 2000-2001 version of Sogna artbooks.  Four of them in total.  #1 is normal sized but 2-4 short, on the order of 30-40 pages - more like manga in size than artbooks.  They contain the usual suspects - cel sketches, complete advertisement artwork, some guest art, etc.

Coincidentally, I have a copy of VIPER Evolution 1 (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270134044739) on the way.  This is the first of the Evolutions I've been able to obtain, so I'll be in better position to give you amore accurate description in a few days.

Rep +1 for finding a site with a picture of the cover of VIPER Evolution III, albeit small.  I've spent many hours trying to find one for my site.

I got my VIPER Evolution today.  Its all black and white inside, mostly design sketches or rough animation frames.  About half is GTB, a quarter F40, an eighth CTR, and an eighth fan art and P-Warrior text (that guy always has a lot to say)

I would very much like to pickup the others so if you see them for sale somewhere, point them out to me.
