I almost put this in the Versus forum, but then had this idea that it's much better here.
Jill Valentine has...
1. Pistols
2. Shotgun
3. Knife
4. Rocket Launcher
5. Save room
Shampoo has...
1. Kung Fu
2. Chinese food
3. A very cute accent
4. A curse that turns her into a cat when doused with cold water.
5. Those chinese lantern/club type weapons.

1. Tight top with non-existent skirt
2. Boobies
Shampoo has:
1. Chinese dresses
2. Boobies

Jill would kick her ass. For one...her name is Jill. She is worthy of a normal name. Next, she took out Nemsis. I dont care if you are a 3 year old in a pink dress. If you take out Nemsis, you are hard core. As for Shampoo...well...eh.
Seriously, Jill kicked her ass into next week...and then when that week pasted, she kicked it some more.

Besides, Jill was in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. Try a MUGEN senario where you can take Shampoo and Jill and have the computer fight it out.

It suddenly came into my mind that there was.

Well, they made bunches of Ranma games in the day, but I don't know which Shampoo sprite will have the ability to fight Jill Valentine. I mean, I like shampoo too, but I haven't played Resident Evil, but Jill is one of the more obscure fighters of Marvel Vs. Capcom 2.

Let's remember this: Jill is the girl who can receive a rocket to the face and NOT die. She just backs off a bit, moans a little, and then is ready for action all over again. All in the blink of an eye.
And speaking of MUGEN, she can summon zombies, zombie dogs, zombie cows, burning zombies and TEH TIYRANTS!! Also, she has this uncanny ability to carry a rocket launcher, a grenade launcher and a pistol all in the same uniform and with NO BACKPACK. Even the marine from Doom carried a "backpack full of ammo"! But she doesn't. She's too cool for that.
So, with no further ado, let's just state the obvious.
Jill+Shampoo+Fighting Ring+Shao Kahn yelling "FIGHT"=Shampoo Sandwich with Chinese Fries

Try a MUGEN senario where you can take Shampoo and Jill and have the computer fight it out.

Jill in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 is deadly,she's always in my team. They made like 3 Ranma games on snes and even 1 on ps1.(and rumor on ps2) Who would win? I dunno,big arsenal versus kung fue lol
