I saw some people were looking for this manga, and even more by the artist.

Despite what the doujinshi's name implies, it doesn't feature Viper RSR's Cala smoking weed. D:

How unfortunate.

Really begs the question though, which Viper characters would be most likely to take up recreational drug use?

Alphina looks like the type who'd keep a hookak on the same desk as all of his other alchemy stuff.

I know I've seen drawings of Carrera smoking cigarettes.

Kazuhiko (M5) and Komachikawa (V8R) smoke.  That could be considered actual use.

And lest ye not forget that Fauzen overdoses on pills in F40.
