You should all shut up and buy a real video game system (i.e a DS, a 360, a Saturn or a Dreamcast; maybe a Neo Geo Pocket Color if you can find one).
REAL MEN PLAY ANIMAL CROSSING ANYWAYS, BITCHES
Thank god for someone who looks past the "Cute & cuddly exterior". I myself am a hardcore pokemon gamer. Seriously, I know the formula to calulate their stats. (As of RSE gen, that is. Not sure about D/P....)
I think if someone mentions Elite Beat Agents or Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin for the Nintendo DS or Secret of Mana or Chrono Trigger for the SNES I'll be happy. And if not, I might start throwing rocks at cars.
Wow, that's pretty hard-core. Back in the day, I'd list all the different specs of my team and their moves, just to see what they could take out the easiest. That, and some of the mean-ass combo set-ups: Steelix with Sandstorm + Toxic + Bind, Crobat with Mean Look + Toxic + Confuse Ray + Bite holding a King's Rock/Bright Powder, Cacturne with Ingrain + Leech Seed + Giga Drain holding Leftovers... some pretty mean shit if you can pull it off. >=Dserebii.net is your friend. A bunch of Previous-Gen pokemon get new evolutions (O_O @ Likitung's) , we get a bunch of new ghosts (Yay, a Dark/Ghost type that DOESN'T suck!) Some attaccks are now physical instead of special and vice-versa, and some have turned neutral.
If I have enough time to devote, I'd like to get some raised-from-egg species and start my old team back again on these new games... IF I can actually GET them all without either hacking or going to some bullshit promo event...
Btw, I heard that there might be even more new species to tinker around with on Diamond/Pearl. Any idea what they'll be like?
Has anyone had a chance to play the more girly yet wrought with gameplay DS titles, like ... Super Princess Peach...
I've been talking about Elite Beat Agents since November. Remember that thread I started? NEED I REMIND YOU OF THESE:It's a shop. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.

I have it. Best DS game yet. Better than New Super Mario Bros, if you care to beleive me. If you don't, go buy/borrow/rent it and prove me wrong.I lumped them together, because, let's face it, they're girlfriend pleasing games. I'm guessing Peaches' floating jump makes a comeback in this game?
-1 rep for comparing it to Cooking Mama and Harvest Moon. More blasphemous words have never been spoken.
I'm guessing Peaches' floating jump makes a comeback in this game? No, but the Floatbrella skill her parasol Perry can learn does just about the same thing.
No, but the Floatbrella skill her parasol Perry can learn does just about the same thing.Somehow, I interpreted that pervertedly and innocently at the same time. Like thae hard drive of my mid was just partitioned or something.
Trust me, you'll please more than just your girlfriend with that game.
Like thae hard drive of my midI think I read that off a stone tablet in another life.
I'd like to take this moment to state that I own both an N64 and a Gamecube and enjoyed both immensely.
Anyone here knows Panel de Pon? Just got the DS one, and it totally rocks. I'm buying a wi-fi connector next week, maybe we can play some matches =]
earlier in the week I picked up Yugioh World Championship 2007
A coworker convinced me to pick it up. He said that we should both get a copy of the game so we could play each other. Needless to say I love the DS'es wifi capabilities, so I picked up a copy, and not to mention, I liked how Yugioh's paper card game was built from the ground up to be compatible with the video games. I guess that isn't too surprising since it was made by Konami. Collecting the cards within the game's a lot more merciful on the wallet than buying booster packs, that's for sure.
Though I don't play it regularly, I do know a lot about the card game, since I've taught a few people how to play it. It's weird. Sometimes on my days off my coworker'll even call me up with questions about different card effects when he's playing his friends(in the paper version).
So yeah. I got to level 2 on the DS version, and need a few more power cards to get to the next level. I mostly use monsters with high attack and cards that give card advantage. Also, the Dark Magician Girl is teh sex.

FUCK YOU I HATE YOU DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE
so sick of the goddamn DMG and her stupid fucked up ass singlehandedly responsible for all Yu-Gi-Oh hentai and also responsible for said hentai taking up 99% of the space on all the online hentai vaults I know of.
Agreed. For a short while I was looking to buy Yu-gi-oh cards just so I could get a Dark Magician Girl... I'm glad that phase was short-lived.

This game is next on my DS list. At least, until I can get a Wii... Doft, is this version anything like the old SNES and N64 versions?
Except for not having lolis (unless you buy the Japanese version which has an unlockable stage with Lip) and story mode, the rest is the same with some updates here and there, items for vs battles and some new modes of puzzle. I wonder why they disappeared with Lip's stage in the American version...
By the way, is anyone here following the news on SSB Brawl? I sure I'm not the only one who stood speechless when they announced that the Pokemon Trainer would be a playable character.
You'll need one for Phantom Hourglass (http://www.zelda.com/universe/game/phantomhourglass/), too. (Shipping October 1 according to EBGames (http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=180162).)
I still don't know what to make of it as a sequel to Wind Waker though...

I enjoyed Wind Waker. As good as the rest of Zelda? Perhaps no....
you know I still don't think I've beaten Wind Waker like all games I play I think I stopped playing at the last dungeon @.@ where's my GCN discs....
Don't forget, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is also out on the 27th.
I hope it's as good as everyone says.
If you don't have one of the more recent Wii models or controllers coming of the line, you can now get the controller jacket included with all new hardware for free. Just go to http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/jacket/jacketrequest.jsp (http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/jacket/jacketrequest.jsp), enter your Wii's serial number and the number of gloves you want, and Nintendo will ship them to you at no charge.

Built-in rumble paks. Oh, wait.that's just a rumor. like a console with motion sensors...oh!?
I don't see how motion sensors would assist vaginal stimulation.that's what they want you to think.
So much for talking about OLD Nintendo systems...The thread was never limited to older consoles.
Try SNES with Donkey Kong Country 1 2 & 3Yes.
The thread was never limited to older consoles.
Yes.
I have the soundtracks to those games somewhere around here if anyone wants them, but it would take a little while to find + upload them.
Did somebody say something about old game soundtracks? Are .spc and .nsf's acceptable? Shit I'm going to have to dig them up. Think most of them are on my macbook with the dead battery.
Anyways, DKC 1 and 2 were awesome... for some reason 3 didn't hit me as much as the first two. Maybe I'm just misogynist against Dixie Kongs.
Also, what thread would I put them in, or start new threeeaddd....???@??#$OI$sgkjdg
