Pipe it through Babelfish for a rough translation. You will need Unicode support to view these text files and unless you have multilingual support on your O/S, you'll also need to drag the text files into Internet Explorer (or some other browser that supports Unicode)
Don't ask me for an English translation. I can help with parts, but not the whole thing.
