I'll vote Original Soundwave.  I've never seen the Cybertronian one, but the Original wins for nostalgia and sheer ass-kickery.

My vote went to the original, as I'm unfamiliar with the newer one. I was always fond of the old Soundwave, as I have a thing for villains with positive qualities like loyalty and bravery.

Both are Superior. Cause one is a Cassette player and the other is a Stealth Fighter.
