Alright, the old one got lost in the vast expanse of forever, so here's a new one.
Here we will talk about guns, and thier many types, swords, or whatever else tickles your fancy, REAL guns, REAL swords, etc. Lets keep it fairly cool without mentioning things like Dante's Rebellion sword, or that gun from Outlaw Star. etc.
Personally, I'm a handgun man, I love them, I have tried rifles, shotguns, and even fully automatics, but when it all comes down to it, sometimes a handgun is all you can really trust. Easy to conceal in most situations, and plus if you wanna get on my creepier side of thinking. It's a bit more...personal to blast someone with a pistol than just blindly shoot with an assualt rifle or something. (I feel the same way about Sniper Rifles though, those are a close second for my IRL weapon of choice).
Lets hear some weapon talk!
-
I'm a huge fan of the M-16. The M-14 Carbine is, ofcourse, close second. As for reliability, there's nothing like hand-to-hand combat.
-
I dont know of guns but I want to learn, please post pictures. it is more didactic

Lets look at one of my IRL weapons of choice, this is the baby I use on the range, etc. And I will forever keep it tucked sweetly in it's holster while out and about.

Behold the beauty that is the GLOCK 17 Semi-Automatic Pistol.
Unlike other pistols, the GLOCK 17 and all others that GLOCK has since produced use a "safe action" semi-double action trigger system along with a striker instead of a hammer and firing pin. Its frame is made out of an advanced polymer. GLOCK pistols operate similarly to a conventional revolver in that there is no manual safety. The double-action-only firing mode results in consistent trigger pull which some claim makes training easier.
Caliber: 9x19 mm Parabellum.
Barrel length: 114 mm.
Mass, empty: 625g
Ammo capacity: standard is 17+1 rounds, but can be anywhere from 10+1 to 33+1 rounds (the "+1" refers to an additional round in the pistol's chamber, more commonly known to gun nuts as "A Combat Load")
I can knock out a massive 18 shots on a full clip +1 in chamber, meaning I run out of bullets a LOT slower then the guys using M1911s or another low capacity gun. 33+1 Round GLOCK 17 variations are basically things like the GLOCK 18 and 18C, which are capable of fully automatic fire.

I got a Walther P99.
-
Yeah a friend of mine has a 1911, he loves firing that thing. He also has a M1 Grand as well.
-
The Garand is great, but I have issues with Stripper Clips, I don't like broomhandles for the same reason. lol.

Hey yutz, guns aren't toys! They should only be used for family protection, hunting dangerous or delicious animals and keeping the King of England out of your face!
-
So, kill any interesting people lately?

Given that Kings of England can be very ferocious, especially during mating season, what guns are recommended to stop rampaging monarchs?

Rampaging monarchs? You probably want the larget gun you can get. Or hire Brock Samson.
-
Yeah, Brock Samson would be the only weapon you'd ever need.

How's this for a big boom-boom?

AGLs: For when a regular machinegun just isn't enough.
