Does anyone know where I can get pictures of that Totocal Cyomi girl [The Unofficial Viper Character list named her that I guess], the one who gets some kind of scepter and becomes fully "developed".

And V12. BTR was the sequel. She also gets quite a bit of coverage in the Islands games and makes cameos in GT1 and Typing.

Plus, the animations HG posted are from V12.

Do you think it'd be worth compiling some sort of viper FAQ thread that covered things like who all the girls are, what games they appear in and what they do/have done to them in each one?

Most of that stuff is covered in other threads, mostly answered by JG00. Whenever I want to look up that information I just use the board's Search function.
