Rally Vincent, as she's the most realistic gun-toting heroine I've seen (being hot as heck doesn't hurt either).

I'd vote Motoko, but unfortunately her gunplay is just not as strong :<

then clearly you havent seen the sniper episode in 2nd gig. that without a shadow of a doubt makes her the best gunsman i've seen.

Is that the one where Saitou remembers how he was recruited? Although I'll admit she does handle that gun extremely well, she's just not as versatile with guns as Rally is (doesn't get any better than disarming your opponent by shooting out their thumbs

i voted Motoko as well. there's so much of the Ghost in the Shell series (as well as the movies) that i haven't seen, but i've really gotten into the storyline. the whole Laughing Man case still boggles my mind.

So far, Mokoto Kusanagi is winning the battle, with Rally Vincent fighting for second place. Desert Punk and Beyond the Grave are fighting each other for third place, which is very climatic. The others, Ceras, Vash and Rushuna are dead last! Woe to these former gunslingers of greatness.

Voted Rally, because she's mostly likely to have her blouse ripped off by heavy machinery while in combat, thus giving her a giant advantage, because we all know that the less armor and more skin a video game or anime heroine shows, the more effective she is in combat.
