It's nowhere and in the G'alajerie that doesn't exist.  But if you can't find it, try pressing CTRL + F on your keyboard and typing in it's name.  Though if you don't find it, don't worry.  Things that don't exist aren't meant to be found, though I"m sure you could find it if you looked around.
