RiskyUnitedFixer might have had rules against office romances that kept Raika and Roid apart, but rules are definately not stopping Ruri when she's transformed into Cyomi-mode.

I always thought Cyomi's closest relationship was with her mahjong buddies.

I considered them, but I couldn't include all three.  Plus, this is the one relationship she chooses  (sans her stories in the V series comics)
