I think its from VIPER Typing. not too sure though

I dont think Typing has any screen savers. The Island games do but I've tried to rip them in the past with no success. The images aren't just embedded but compressed as well (which makes since becuase raw bitmap images are quite large)
And it's hard to rip from a running screen saver too due to it's nature of fighting mouse movements and keypresses - I think the only way it could be done is by running a Virtual PC session in a window, disable its mouse and keyboard then let it expire and start capturing the screen from the host.

Voices? That's easy. Just rip the voiceovers from the bajillion hentai games out there. Could get some sfx too.

If you're interested i have accumulated a huge library of sfx and voices comprised from various hentai games (and from the internet). I can upload it if you want.

Not bad. Miki's got a weird expression on her face in that first image. Kinda doe-eyed, and her mouth should be open.

Yeah, the breast size looks about right to me. Maybe only a little larger. The animation itself is quite good.

Miki, Asuka, Akira, Cala, etc...

You can translate the names from the credits. CTR, GTB, and RSR all have them. Then if you want to see what else they worked on, plug their names into the Japanese version of Wikipedia.

I like the art but her tummy is too long and her arms too thin. If you stood her up she'd look like she was 7 foot tall. Move where her breasts are closer to her leg and widen her arm a bit and I think it'll look better. I'm also not sure the guy can have legs that much bigger than Miki's. He looks like he'd be way too tall.
