I must cast my vote for Kasumi, while the "Big M" girls like Mai, Morrigan, Mina and Millia all have a special place in my "kicks the most ass" list, Kasumi's still my favorite. The reason why is because her story is so touching. Out of all the sexy female fighters out there, Kasumi's story is the only one that really makes me feel for her. I know it's a pretty cliche deal and all, but the girl sacrificed everything to save her brother, knowing full well that if and when she did save him, he would have to kill her. The whole story is so tragic and very true to the ninja being "ones who endure hardship".

Now Kasumi's brother, Hayate, also has a special place in my heart, but it's for the sheer hilarity of his DOA2 ending:

I remember now... My name... is Hayate...
AND I CAN FLY!!! WHOOOOOSH!!!!

The most under-rated fighting game-girl of all time: Karumi from Evil Zone (A very primative PS fighter with decent animated cutscenes, hilariously bad voice acting, tons of extra content, and surprizingly solid gameplay) Karumi was just so creepy and cute, and to top it off she was totally lesbian for the villian, which was sexy in the same creepy and cute way.

Most likely a mod of the original, but hey, what do I know

There's 3 official variants that I know of: original blue, white, and some super expensive (I think I saw 14000 yen, almost 6000 above original) glossy black/purple one which shows more skin.
