I voted for Cala, becuase she wasn't present any of the original VIPER Islands. Plus she's one of the more popular characters, so she would raw more casual interest to the game from those on the outside.

That's not to say I wouldn't appreciate some new Karin art. I'm sure Viperchan plans to split it 50-50 between Cala and Karin.
