That's classic - he totally gets it.
Moon-Mars-and-Beyond never would have been cut if we had a real science advisor for President Obama, instead of
an environmental policy expert. Not that I have anything against environmentalists, but they are almost entirely against the space program due to how much water vapor is added to the upper atmosphere during a rocket launch.
W's advisor at least had the right idea, he just couldn't convince his boss to put any money into it.
